Classic brass buckle made in Italy; made of die-casting. Cleaning and finishing done by hand; high quality and thickness electroplating. Two-component final protective coating.
PRODUCTION
Strictly made in Italy; apart from electroplating ALL the other processes are performed by us, so the production is practically entirely internal starting from the brass ingot to the final wrapping of the buckles. Even the barbs are made of brass and produced internally. This allows us to be competitive and to have maximum control over quality and production; it also allows us to produce even small productions, 10 ... 30 pieces, while still remaining competitive on price.
CUSTOMIZATION
we have more than 200 models; some of these lend themselves to shape and characteristics (large and flat surfaces) to personalization through LASER. You will also find models with a special "LASER" indication on which, regardless of shape or surface, laser cutting can be performed.
FINISHES
All our buckles can have RAW, so without galvanic brass color, with or without protective varnish, or in all possible galvanic; to see the complete list of available finishes click here
